- Set up the schedule
- Add each level as its own weekly lesson with its own lane cap. Level two on Tuesday at 4 pm takes eight, level four on Thursday eight, adult beginners on Saturday six. A term is one entry with a start date and ten lessons inside it. Family swim is a free weekly session with twenty places.
- Take bookings and payments
- A parent books a term for one child, or two children across two levels in one checkout, and pays once on your own Stripe or PayPal account. Each child is a place against their lesson, so the lane count is always right. Members book family swim at no charge and the place still comes off the calendar.
- Handle changes and waitlists
- A missed lesson is refunded, credited or neither, according to the window you set. The freed place is offered to the next family on the waitlist with a time limit. If the pool closes for maintenance, cancel the day's lessons and every family is told at once.

- Can I sell a term and a drop-in for the same lane?
- Yes. A package and a single seat resolve through the same entitlement check.
- Can I move a child up a level mid-term?
- Yes. Cancel the remaining lessons on the old level, which frees the lane place for the waitlist. Then sell the remaining weeks on the new level as a smaller package. The child's history stays with the child.
- How do parents see which lessons are left?
- The dashboard shows every lesson in the term and who was checked in, so a question about week seven is answered without a register. With the customer app add-on, parents see every lesson they have booked.
- Can I sell a holiday crash course?
- Yes. A crash course is a package with five lessons across one week, sold beside the term. It has its own cap and its own price, and it does not disturb the weekly pattern.
