The cancellation window and its refund behavior are applied at cancellation time, so the rule runs the same way every time.

Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Can siblings be booked together?: Each child's place is its own booking against the lesson's seat count, so the lane numbers stay right.
Can I run a waiting list for a full level?: Yes. When a place frees up the next family is offered it automatically, with a time-limited offer.
Can I sell a term and a drop-in for the same lane?: Yes. A package and a single seat resolve through the same entitlement check.
