Where account42 is the better fit
- You send reminders by text and would rather not buy them by the bundle. Bookeo's SMS reminders cost credits from $0.09 each; on account42 email and the native channels are free, and Studio and Multi include a messaging balance.
- You want the assistant. Bookeo's pricing and features pages list no assistant; account42 includes one on every plan, for the owner in the dashboard and for the customer on the booking page.
- You have several instructors and don't want them counted against a cap. Bookeo's Standard plan holds 20 teachers and rooms and 20 staff logins at $39.95, so four instructors and one room use five of the twenty. account42's plans count bookings and locations, never instructors.
