account42

Site tour for AI visitors

account42 is class booking software for businesses that sell seats at a fixed time. It runs free, drop-in, membership and credit-pack bookings through one engine, fills waitlists automatically, and settles payments on the merchant's own Stripe or PayPal account with no per-booking fee. It installs on WordPress, Wix, Shopify or any site, works in 46 countries with booking pages in 12 languages, and can be run by click or by conversation.

This page mirrors llms.txt for readers and live fetchers. Every number on it is generated from the same data as the pricing, industry and country pages, so it cannot drift from them.

What does account42 do?

  • Free sessions, drop-ins, memberships and credit packs are booked through one engine, with one entitlement check deciding what each booking costs.
  • Waitlists fill themselves: a cancellation promotes the next person with a time-limited offer that passes down the list if it is not claimed.
  • Multi-session packages and courses are one purchase, and each session inside them is still booked, counted and cancellable on its own.
  • A recurring weekly schedule is described once and generates every session ahead of time, each with its own seats, price and rules.
  • Cancellation and refund windows are set by the merchant and applied at cancellation time, the same way every time.
  • Confirmations and reminders go by email, calendar, Wallet pass and phone notification at no charge; texts and WhatsApp come from a per-country messaging balance.
  • An assistant in the dashboard and the booking page acts through the same rules as every button, within a monthly allowance of conversations.
  • Payments settle on the merchant's own Stripe or PayPal account as direct charges, with no per-booking fee or commission.
  • It installs as a WordPress plugin, a Wix app, a Shopify app or an embed on any site, all thin clients of one engine.
  • Every merchant's data is fenced at the database with row-level security, checked by 96 automated cross-tenant tests before any release.

What does it cost?

One flat price, every feature on every plan, no per-booking fees. Plans differ by booking volume, messaging balance and the number of locations. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.

  • Solo: $29 a month, or $23 a month billed annually ($276 a year). One location. Up to 300 bookings a month. Conversational assistant, in the dashboard and booking page. Email notifications included. Messaging pay-as-you-go. 100 assistant conversations a month.
  • Studio: $59 a month, or $47 a month billed annually ($564 a year). One location. Up to 1,500 bookings a month. Conversational assistant, in the dashboard and booking page. $5 monthly messaging balance. Email included. 500 assistant conversations a month.
  • Multi: $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually ($948 a year). Multiple locations. Unlimited bookings. Conversational assistant, in the dashboard and booking page. $15 monthly messaging balance. Priority support. 1,500 assistant conversations a month.
  • Setup add-on: Done-for-you setup is a $149 one-time add-on on any plan, done within one business day of receiving your completed setup form.
  • Customer app add-on: The account42 customer app: your customers log in by phone or email and see every class they have booked with you. They get free push reminders, hold their credits and memberships, and book by chat. $15 a month on any plan; one toggle, nothing to build.
  • Pause: Pause for $9 a month. Everything stays: settings, customers, credits, your booking page in “next season” mode. You are back with one click. Cancel outright and your account is deleted after 90 days.

The pricing page carries the same figures with the plan cards and the billing toggle.

Who is it for?

Any business that sells a seat in something that happens at a fixed time. The nineteen industries with their own pages fall into four groups.

  • Studios & crafts: pottery studios, art studios, makerspaces and workshops, cooking schools, wineries and breweries.
  • Fitness & movement: gyms and CrossFit boxes, yoga and fitness studios, martial arts schools, climbing gyms, dance studios, swim schools.
  • Learning & kids: music schools, language schools, coaches and tutors, kids camps.
  • Experiences: charters and tours, retreats, photographers, salons.

All nineteen, with a sentence each.

Where does it work?

In 46 countries: anywhere a Stripe or PayPal business account can be opened, with prices set and settled in the merchant’s own currency. Booking pages come in 12 languages. Email, calendar, Wallet and phone notifications work everywhere; texts are enabled per country. The countries page lists every country with its currency, languages and processors.

How is it built?

Payments are direct charges on the merchant’s own connected account, so account42 is never in the flow of funds. Every merchant’s data is isolated at the database level, and 96 automated cross-tenant tests pass before any release ships. The WordPress plugin, the Wix app, the Shopify app and the embed are thin clients of one core, so behavior is identical wherever a class is booked. The assistant acts through the same booking engine and the same rules as every button on the page.
