Who it’s for

Bookings for dance studios, done properly.

Terms and drop-ins side by side, with courses sold once and attendance tracked week by week.

A week at Northline Dance.

This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.

Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.

A term is one purchase and twelve sessions

Parents pay once and you still know who was in the room in week seven.

Under the hood

One payment, many sessions. Each one is still booked, counted and cancellable on its own.

Drop-ins and term students share a floor

Sell the remaining places in a term class to drop-ins without double-booking.

Under the hood

Seats are held atomically while payment completes, so a slow checkout cannot sell a place twice.

Grades and ages are different classes

Each grade has its own timetable, price and capacity.

Under the hood

Sessions carry their own rules rather than inheriting one studio-wide setting, so a grade can change without touching the rest.

Questions

Can families book several children at once?
Each child's place is its own booking against the session's seat count, so the numbers stay right.
Can I take a deposit for a term?
Price the first session as the deposit and sell the rest as a package, or take the term in full.
How do I handle a canceled rehearsal?
Cancel the session and everyone booked is notified by email or text, on whichever channel they gave you.
