- Set up the schedule
- Add each level as its own weekly class. White to yellow belt on Tuesday takes sixteen, green to blue on Wednesday fourteen, adult sparring on Thursday twenty. A term is one entry with a start date and twelve sessions inside it. A grading is a one-off session with its own price and cap, beside the weekly pattern.
- Take bookings and payments
- A parent books a term for one child, or two children in one checkout, and pays once on your own Stripe or PayPal account. An adult pays for sparring by the class or takes it free on a membership. Each child's place is a booking against the class, so a session can never hold more than you set.
- Handle changes and waitlists
- A child who leaves mid-term is refunded or credited according to your window, and the place goes to the next family on the waitlist with a time-limited offer. A class that moves for a tournament is canceled and every parent is told at once on the channels they gave you.

- Can families book several children?
- Yes. Each child's place is its own booking against the session's seat count, so the numbers stay right.
- Can I take a term as a deposit plus balance?
- Yes. Price the first session as the deposit and sell the rest as a package, or take the term in full.
- Do members book open mat?
- Yes. It is free for members and still takes a seat, so you know who is on the mat.
- Can I run a holiday camp beside the regular classes?
- Yes. A holiday camp is a package of daily sessions with its own cap and price, sold beside the weekly pattern. It does not disturb the term classes, and parents book it from the same page.
- How do I collect a waiver at booking?
- You choose what to collect at booking, including a consent tick and an emergency contact. The details arrive with the booking, so the front desk never chases a form on the first night. Nothing is stored anywhere but with the booking.
- Can I charge a grading fee separately from the term?
- Yes. A grading is its own session with its own price, so a student on a term still pays the grading fee when they book it. The money settles on your own Stripe or PayPal account.
