Who it’s for
Bookings for gyms and CrossFit boxes, done properly.
A class timetable that repeats every week, memberships that decide what is included, and a floor cap that holds when the 6am fills.

A week at Ironwork Strength.
This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.
Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

Members book what their membership covers
Unlimited members walk in, class-pack holders spend a credit, everyone else pays.
Under the hood
Membership and credit balance are both read at booking time, and the customer is charged only if neither covers the class.
The 6am fills and empties overnight
A late cancellation still offers the spot to the next person on the list.
Under the hood
Promotion fires on the cancellation, not on a schedule, so a drop-out at 10pm is offered while there is still time to take it.
The floor cap is the floor cap
Publish the number of racks or rowers you actually have.
Under the hood
Every hold and booking is a single database transaction, so two people taking the last spot at the same second cannot both succeed.
Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Questions
- Can I run unlimited and class-pack memberships together?
- Yes. Both are read at booking time, so a member books free while a pack holder spends a credit and a visitor pays.
- What if a coach is sick?
- Cancel the session and everyone booked is notified on the channels they registered with.
- Can I cap a class lower than the room?
- Capacity belongs to the session, so the same floor can hold eighteen for conditioning and twelve for lifting.
