Who it’s for
Bookings for climbing gyms, done properly.
Intro courses, coached sessions and belay checks, each with a real capacity and its own way of being paid for.

A week at Northface Climbing.
This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.
Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

Coaching ratios cap the session, not the wall
Set the seats to the number of climbers one coach can actually watch.
Under the hood
Capacity is per session, so the same wall runs ten on an intro and eight on lead coaching.
A belay check is free and still needs a slot
Members book a check at no charge and it still comes off the calendar.
Under the hood
A free session takes a hold and issues a confirmation on the same path as a paid one.
Courses run in sequence, not in isolation
Sell a four-week course once and track attendance week by week.
Under the hood
One payment creates every session in the run, each booked and cancellable on its own.
Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Questions
- Can I include shoe hire in the price?
- Price the session however you like and describe what is included. account42 takes no cut of it either way.
- Can members book coaching with credits?
- Yes. Credits are spent inside the same transaction that takes the seat.
- What if a route setting day closes the wall?
- Cancel the session and your refund rule runs against every booking on it at once.
