Who it’s for
Bookings for kids camps, done properly.
Day camps sold by the day or the week, with a real seat count per day and siblings booked in one go.

A week at Meadowfield Day Camp.
This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.
Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.
A week is five days, each with its own seats
Sell the week as one purchase and still know Wednesday's number.
Under the hood
One payment creates every day in the week; each day is booked, counted and cancellable on its own.
Siblings book together and count separately
Two children in one checkout are two places on the day.
Under the hood
Each child's place is its own booking against the day's seat count, so ratios stay correct.
Ratios are a hard cap
Publish the number of children you are actually staffed for.
Under the hood
Every hold and booking is a single database transaction, so the last place cannot be sold twice.
Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Questions
- Can parents book single days and full weeks?
- Yes. A day is a single seat and a week is a package, and both resolve through the same entitlement check.
- Can I collect allergy and contact details?
- You choose what to collect at booking, and it arrives with the booking rather than in a separate inbox.
- What happens if a day is rained off?
- Cancel the session and your refund rule runs against every booking on it, with a notification to each family.
