How a camp uses account42.
- Set up the schedule
- Add each camp day as its own session with its own cap. The adventure day for ages six to nine takes thirty places, forest school for eight to twelve twenty-four. A full week is one entry with five days inside it. School holiday weeks repeat as a pattern until the last date you set.
- Take bookings and payments
- A parent books a single day, a full week, or two children across different days in one checkout, and pays once on your own Stripe or PayPal account. The allergy, medication and pickup details you asked for arrive with the booking. Each child is a place against each day, so the ratio holds.
- Handle changes and waitlists
- A day canceled inside your window is refunded or credited as you set, and the place goes to the next family on the waitlist with a time limit. When a day is rained off, cancel it and the refund rule runs against every booking on it, with a message to each family.
