Who it’s for

Bookings for wineries and breweries, done properly.

Fixed tasting times with a real seat count, private groups booked as one, and deposits taken before the bottles are opened.

A week at Stonefield Vineyard.

This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.

Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.

A tasting time is a fixed departure

The 2pm runs at 2pm, and the counter holds what it holds.

Under the hood

Every hold and booking is a single database transaction, so the last seat at a fixed time cannot be sold twice.

Groups are one booking and several seats

A party of six takes six places, not one.

Under the hood

Each place is its own booking against the session's seat count, so the pour numbers stay right.

Club members pour for free and still book

Members book the members' pour at no charge and it still fills the room.

Under the hood

Membership status is read at booking time, so a lapsed payment stops new bookings without deleting the member.

Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Questions

Can I take a deposit for a tour?
Price the session as the deposit and take the balance at the cellar door, or charge in full at booking.
Can I sell out a private tasting?
Create the session with the seat count you want and price it for the group.
Can I run a wine club?
Run the club as a membership, and price members' sessions at zero.
