Who it’s for
Bookings for retreats, done properly.
Multi-day retreats sold as one purchase, with a hard place count, a deposit up front and a cancellation window that means something.

A week at Still Harbor Retreats.
This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.
Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.
A retreat is one purchase and several days
Sell the three nights once and still manage each day inside it.
Under the hood
One payment, many sessions. Each day is booked, counted and cancellable on its own without unpicking the purchase.
Places are capped by beds, not by interest
Publish the number of places the house actually holds.
Under the hood
Every hold and booking is a single database transaction, so the last place cannot be sold twice.
A late cancellation is expensive
Take a deposit and set exactly how late a place can be given back.
Under the hood
The window and its refund behavior are applied at cancellation time, so the rule runs whether or not you are watching.
Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Questions
- Can I take a deposit and the balance before arrival?
- Price the retreat as the deposit and take the balance on arrival, or charge in full at booking.
- Can I run a waitlist for a full retreat?
- Yes. A cancellation promotes the next person automatically with a time-limited offer.
- Can alumni book sittings free?
- Run alumni as a membership and price their sessions at zero. The place is still held.
