- Set up the schedule
- Add each retreat with its dates and its place count. The midweek reset from Tuesday to Friday takes fourteen, the silent weekend twelve, the day retreat on Saturday eighteen. Each is one entry with its days inside it. The morning sitting is a free weekly session with twenty places for alumni.
- Take bookings and payments
- Guests book from your website in their own language and pay the deposit in your currency on your own Stripe or PayPal account. The balance is taken before arrival. A couple takes two places in one checkout, and the dietary and arrival details you asked for come with the booking.
- Handle changes and waitlists
- A guest who cancels outside your window loses the deposit; one who cancels inside it is refunded as you set. The place is offered to the waitlist with a time-limited offer, so a bed freed on Monday is taken by Tuesday. If the house floods, cancel the retreat and everyone is told at once.

- Yes. A retreat is a dated session, so next spring's dates can be published now with a deposit. Guests book them the same way they book next month's. The place count holds from the day you publish.
