Who it’s for

Bookings for pottery studios, done properly.

Wheel classes, multi-week courses and open studio, each with its own seat count and its own way of being paid for.

Two hands shaping a small clay pot on a spinning potter's wheel.

A week at Kiln & Co. Pottery.

This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.

Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.

A six-week course is one purchase, not six

Sell the whole course once, and still track who came to week three.

Under the hood

One payment creates every session in the run. Each one is booked, counted and cancellable on its own without unpicking the purchase.

Open studio is free and still needs a seat

Members book open studio at no charge, and the wheel count still holds.

Under the hood

A free session takes a hold and issues a confirmation on the same path as a paid one. Nothing is bypassed because the price is zero.

Kiln space limits the class, not the room

Set the seat count to the number of wheels you actually have.

Under the hood

Capacity is per session, not per room, so the same space can run eight wheels on Tuesday and twelve hand-builders on Thursday.

Questions

Can students buy a pack of classes?
Yes. Sell a pack of ten and let them spend it over the following months. Credits are returned to the balance when a booking is canceled inside your window.
What if someone drops out of a course halfway?
Your cancellation window decides what is refunded, and the remaining sessions free up their seats for the waitlist.
Can I run members-only sessions?
Yes. Membership is read at booking time, so a lapsed payment stops new bookings without deleting the member or their history.
