Who it’s for

Bookings for art studios, done properly.

Life drawing, workshops and studio hire, with materials costed in and a seat count that matches the easels.

A week at Bell Street Studio.

This is the booking widget, not a picture of it. Take a seat and watch the count move and the confirmation text arrive.

Every session carries its own price, seat count and rules, so a course, a drop-in and a free session sit in the same timetable.

The parts that are hard to get right.

Materials are bought per head

Price a workshop with materials in it and know the numbers in advance.

Under the hood

Your cancellation window decides how late the count can move, and it runs the same way every time.

Easels cap the room

Publish the number of places you can actually set up.

Under the hood

Capacity belongs to the session, so the same room can hold fourteen for drawing and ten for painting.

Studio hire is a booking too

Members book the space at no charge and it still comes off the calendar.

Under the hood

A free session takes a hold and issues a confirmation on the same path as a paid one.

Works where you are : your currency, timezone and language, on your own Stripe or PayPal account.

Questions

Can I include materials in the price?
Price the session however you like and describe what is included. account42 takes no cut of it either way.
Can members hire the studio for free?
Membership is read at booking time, so a member books at no charge while everyone else pays.
Can I run a course and drop-ins in the same week?
Yes. A course is one purchase across many sessions; a drop-in is a single seat. Both sit in the same timetable.
