- Handle changes and waitlists
- A student who withdraws mid-course is refunded or credited according to your window, and the seat goes to the waitlist with a time-limited offer. A class that moves for a public holiday is canceled and everyone booked is told at once, in the language they booked in.

- Your cancellation window decides whether a missed class is credited or not, and it runs the same way for everyone. A credited class can be spent on a conversation club instead.
- Can I run online and in-person classes together?
- Yes. A class is a time, a price and a seat count, and where it happens goes in the description. An online B2 class sits beside the in-person A2 in one timetable.
